Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury (Hybrid | Beverly Hills, CA)
Salary: $100,000 – $250,000 per year + bonus structure

We are a high-volume, well-established personal injury litigation firm in Beverly Hills seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, wants extensive hands-on experience, and values working within a structured team supported by dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury litigation cases from lawsuit through resolution
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend mediations and court appearances
You will work closely with the senior attorneys and will not be expected to handle trials independently without guidance.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar License (required)
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience with depositions, discovery, and court appearances
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Client-focused and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with FileVine, Outlook, and Dropbox preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000 – $250,000 per year, depending on experience and performance
