Sedaghat Law Group, APC is a fast-growing law firm seeking an experienced personal injury case manager supervisor to join our pre-litigation team located in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a team. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury caseload from intake to settlement
- Communicate directly with medical providers to understand best treatment options for each case
- Communicate with clients, manage concerns and expectations
- Organize case files, monitor case statuses, and provide periodic updates to the managing attorney
- Oversee case management department and conduct monthly Case Reviews
- Handle escalated client telephone calls and/or adjuster calls
Skills:
- Must have at least 5 years of PI Case Management experience
- Bilingual - Spanish-speaking a plus
- Obtaining policy limits on the vast majority of cases handled
- Ability to proficiently read imaging, medical reports, etc., and determine effective treatment plans for clients
- Ability to use a computer quickly and efficiently - experience with Office and FileVine Case Management Software
- Able to multitask and problem-solve in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, organization, and time management skills are essential

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday and occasionally 2 Saturdays a month

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
