Data Manager for Personal Injury Law Firm

About Us:
Sedaghat Law Group, APC is a growing personal injury law firm committed to providing excellent client service and maintaining strong internal systems. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Manager to oversee the accuracy, organization, and reporting of our firm’s case and operational data, primarily within Filevine and Microsoft systems.
This is a key role supporting attorneys and staff by ensuring reliable data, efficient workflows, and consistent reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate case and client data within Filevine
- Monitor file organization and enforce firm-wide data entry standards
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for attorneys and leadership
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint data organization
- Assist with Azure-based cloud storage structure
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies or missing information
- Support workflow improvements across departments
- Train staff on Filevine usage and data entry expectations
- Assist with data cleanup, migration, and system updates as needed
- Help ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal data handling standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data management or database administration
- Experience with Filevine strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Law firm experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus
